Career Women’s Initiative is a research, consulting and networking organization whose mission is to effect change in the corporate and professional workplace, helping women achieve more challenging and rewarding professional lives and enabling employers to better retain and promote top talent, especially women employees. 

For women, we provide networking and professional development opportunities through the CWI Women’s Network. For legal and other professional services employers, CWI helps them implement diversity and professional development programs that are effective, practical and sustainable, and we provide training on topics such as networking, business development and leadership skills to employees.
